Mr. Parrish Rashad, Performing Arts Director at the Montgomery Enrichment Center spoke to 5th - 8th grade about launching Lexington/Henderson County’s very first Performing Arts Program this fall! They will be awarding 10 scholarships to students in the community!
The students will be gaining real life experiences, communication, leadership skills and personal development; they will be making history as the first group of young talent to go through this professional industry-level arts program! They are also filming this program for a reality documentary series! Spotlighting student growth and local talent as youth find purpose, confidence, and artistic freedom. They are putting our hometown on the map for something positive and inspiring!
