During the month of February, our students used their voices in a powerful way to honor Black History Month. Each morning, several of our students shared over the intercom about an influential leader who has made a lasting impact on our world.
From pioneers in civil rights and education to trailblazers in science, arts, and athletics, our students did an outstanding job researching, writing, and confidently presenting their speeches. We are so proud of the time and effort they put into their speeches.
Thank you to our students and teachers for making this month meaningful and educational for our entire school community. ❤️ Their voices helped remind us all of the importance of courage, leadership, and perseverance.
