Our 7th graders had fun touring the Parkers Crossroads Battlefield and Museum today in honor of America 250! They were especially honored to have former Tennessee State Representative, Steve McDaniel lead the tour. His passion for history and his insight into the preservation of the battlefield made the stories truly come to life for the students!
After soaking up all that knowledge, they headed to the park for a picnic lunch and some well-deserved playtime. It was the perfect way to wrap up a great trip!
