SHHS-🏈 Girls Flag Football Team Meeting – Thursday, October 15th
We will be having our Girls Flag Football Team Meeting on Thursday, October 15th at 5:30 PM in the cafeteria.
This meeting is for players and any girls who are interested in playing but couldn't attend our first meeting.
The meeting is mandatory for all players. If a player has a reason they are unable to attend, please have them contact the coach (Journey Knowles) ahead of time. There will also be a sign-in sheet, so everyone should make sure to check in when they arrive.
We will be covering:
• Introduction of the coaching staff
• Team and player expectations
• Upcoming practice schedule
• Workouts and preparation for the season
• Games already scheduled and upcoming scheduling
• Important information for players and parents
• Questions and answers
We are extremely excited to get this new program started and bring girls flag football to our school! We’re looking forward to building a strong team and creating a program that can continue to grow for years to come.
Please help spread the word to any girls who may be interested in joining, especially those who were unable to attend the first meeting.

What a season for Scotts Hill High School Golf! From the first tee shot of the season to the final round, our golfers showed dedication, determination, and a willingness to improve. This season was about more than scores—it was about building friendships, competing with confidence, supporting one another, and representing Scotts Hill High School with pride. Throughout the season, our golfers continued to grow both on and off the course. We celebrated strong individual performances, exciting tournament finishes, personal bests, and countless moments when our players encouraged and supported their teammates. As we close another golf season, to our seniors, Mayce Hughes, Kylie Robins, Aiden Adams, Mason Beers, Jace Cope, Tripp Dunavant, and Cooper Liles, thank you for the memories and the legacy you leave behind; to our returning golfers, your next chapter begins now. Parents of Juniors & Sophomores: Just a reminder that your student will be taking the ASVAB tomorrow, Tuesday, September 29th, while our seniors are taking the ACT.
Please encourage your student to get a good night’s rest, arrive at school on time, and do their very best on the ASVAB! This is a great opportunity for students to learn more about their skills, interests, and potential career opportunities.
Make sure students bring their Chromebooks charged.
This is a reminder that our Senior ACT Retake is tomorrow, Tuesday, September 29th. Please make sure your student arrives at school on time and is prepared for testing.
Students should get a good night’s rest and bring any necessary items they need for testing. Please remind your senior that tomorrow is an important testing day!
