Third grade students at Scotts Hill Elementary recently turned off the lights and turned up the excitement with a fun and engaging “Glow Day” to review for the math TCAP. Classrooms were transformed with neon colors, glowing decorations, and black lights as students practiced important math skills in a unique, high-energy environment.

Students rotated through a variety of interactive review stations, solving problems written in glow-in-the-dark ink and using fluorescent materials to reinforce key concepts. The creative approach not only made learning memorable, but also helped build confidence as students prepared for the upcoming assessment.

Teachers shared that Glow Day was a great way to keep students motivated and focused while easing test anxiety. With bright smiles and glowing success, Scotts Hill Elementary’s third graders are ready to shine on the math TCAP!
