South Side's own Aiden Phillips and Weston Mullins from Scotts Hill Student Anglers took home the victory at the 2026 Tackle Warehouse Bassmaster Junior Division at Sam Rayburn Reservoir with 17 pounds, 4 ounces. Aiden also won the biggest fish weighing 6lbs, 3oz. Way to go Aiden!!

Six students were chosen this week to receive basketballs for their outstanding Accelerated Reader achievements. We are so proud of their hard work, dedication, and love for reading.

Josie Dunaway(1st grade), Addalyn Coleman(4th grade), and Hayden Hayes(6th grade)are the top AR readers for this week!
South Middle School Baseball had their season opener last night against Chester County. The South took a loss 5-0.
Our first student led L.I.F.T. meeting this morning at South Side was a great success! We had a wonderful turnout of students for our very first meeting.
We hope to see even more students join us at our next event. We can't wait to continue growing together!

South Side 4th- 8th grade students participated in the 4H Piggy Bank Contest today! All of the participants showed off their creativity with unique and imaginative designs. We are so proud of the effort and originality each student put into their projects. Great job to everyone who participated. Keep up the fantastic work!
