Riley the Reading Raccoon visited South Side Elementary today to talk to students about the importance of reading. Students shared with Riley the books they enjoy reading. Riley is the mascot for the state's literacy campaign. All of the students enjoyed Riley's visit.

Henderson County South Baseball team played 4 games this past week, 2/26-3/1. They won 2 and lost 2. These boys played hard, gave it their ALL, and had fun! Next game will be Monday 3/4 at LMS. Come out and show these boys some support!
