Henderson County Schools announces that Ms. Renee Maynard has resigned from her position as principal of Westover School.
We are grateful for Ms. Maynard’s service, leadership, and dedication to the students, staff, and families of Westover School. We thank her for her contributions to the school community and wish her the very best in her future endeavors.
To ensure a smooth transition, Mr. Paden Buckley, who has served as assistant principal of Westover School, will serve as Interim Principal for the 2026-2027 school year. Through his work with students, staff, and families, Mr. Buckley has demonstrated a strong commitment to the school's success and continued growth.
We are confident that Westover School will continue to thrive under his leadership and look forward to the upcoming school year.
