On Tuesday, September 17th, Bargerton School had the honor of hosting Bright Star Touring Theatre. The group out of Asheville, NC presented two productions for our Rebels. Kindergarten through fifth grade saw Bullysaurus Rex, a dino-mite, anti bullying adventure of Terri Dactyl and Bullysaurus Rex. Sixth through eighth saw The Diary of Anne Frank, a retelling of Anne’s heartfelt story. All of this was made possible by a Student Ticket Subsidy grant from the Tennessee Arts Commission.

The following homerooms earned an "Oscar Award" for having perfect attendance, Mrs. Kassie Overman's Kindergarten, Mrs. Valerie Henning's second grade, Mrs. Chelsie Brantley's second grade. They are working on earning two weeks of prefect attendance and a ice cream party!! An "Oscar Award" is given to the homerooms who have perfect attendance for the whole week.

Kindness is a virtue, and it is one of the essential things in life. It shows other people that you care about them and takes away some of the pain and suffering that they may be feeling. It can also help heal others, and everyone should always try to think about how their actions will affect others before taking them.
