And just like that...popsicles for everyone!! Each 3rd-8th grade class has now earned at least 1 bingo on our reading bingo board challenge!! We are so proud of our reading rebels and can't wait to see who gets the first "Four Corners"! Here are some pics of 3rd grade enjoying their sweet reward today.

We kicked off our Fall Reading Bingo Challenge today with our 3rd-8th grade classes. Classes can earn prizes just by reading books!!

Halloween Candy Wars

🎉 We are celebrating success at BGS! 🎉 Students who have reached 50 AR points earned a refreshing Sonic Slush 🥤, and those who reached 75 AR points were treated to a delicious Wendy’s meal 🍔🍟! We are so proud of our Rebels for their hard work and dedication to reading—keep it up! 📚💙

Mrs. Angie rewarded her 5th and 6th graders with a Sonic Drink for getting 25 AR points this 9 weeks.  

7/8th graders had a fantastic trip to the Memphis Science and History Museum at the Pink Palace. The kids saw exhibits with fossils, civil war, Jim Crowe Laws, and much more.

We are super excited to announce these members of the 25 point club! Today we awarded them with a certificate and some ice cream! We can't wait until next week-we just know there will be even more students to announce! Keep on reading, Rebels!

Mr. Myracle is the first teacher across Henderson County so far (5 schools) to try Mrs. Karissa’s STEM Cultural Experience. This was a seafood snack (Yellow Stripe), roasted and flavored with Asian chili spices. :) Video will be below in the comments.
