The 2025/2026 Henderson County Volleyball Tournament took place today at Lexington High School. The Westover Bears were crowned champions and the Bargerton Rebels finished the season in 2nd place.

PRE-KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION for the 2026-2027 School Year
All children who will be four (4) years old on or before August 15, 2026 are eligible to apply for PreK for the 2026-2027 school year.
Pre-registration for Pre-K in the Henderson County School District will be Thursday, March 12, 2026 from 3:00-6:00 p.m. at Beaver Elementary School.
Requested documents to bring when completing an application:
1. Proof of Income (ex: check stub, income tax return, public assistance case, etc.)
2. Proof of age such as birth certificate, other medical documents
3. Social Security Card
4. Proof of Immunizations on a Tennessee Certificate of Immunization form from the Health Department or a Physician’s office
5. Copy of Physical Examination (within 1 calendar year)
6. Two (2) Proofs of County Residence (E911 address) (ex: electric bill, water bill, etc.)

Per the VPK grant guidelines, non-income eligible students will be notified mid-September informing them of their waitlist status.
