We are excited to welcome Ms. Hanna Shull to the Tiger family as a member of our English department! Originally from Greenfield, Tennessee, Ms. Shull earned her bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education from UT Martin. She has recently made Lexington her home and enjoys life with her beloved pets—a dog named Nemo and four cats: Fester, Pot Roast, Bucky, and Beans. She is also happily engaged and looking forward to this exciting season of life!

This will be Ms. Shull’s second year as a classroom teacher. Her journey in education includes valuable experience as an educational assistant, substitute teacher, and student teacher—roles that are helping to shape her passion and confidence as an educator.

Outside the classroom, Ms. Shull enjoys reading, spending time with family and her fur-babies, and listening to her favorite artist, Taylor Swift. A proud Swiftie, her top three albums are Midnights, The Tortured Poets Department, and folklore.

Ms. Shull is passionate about creating a classroom where all students feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. She’s honored to join a student-centered and supportive school community, and she looks forward to contributing to the tradition of academic excellence that makes Lexington High School a Level 5 school.

Please join us in giving Ms. Shull a warm Tiger welcome as she begins this exciting new chapter at LHS!
