We are excited to welcome back Caitlin Woods, a proud graduate of Lexington High School’s Class of 2014, as she returns to her alma mater with a strong background in coaching and a deep commitment to student success.

Caitlin began her coaching journey right here at Lexington High School and Henderson County North Middle School, where she also served in special education. From 2017 to 2022, she was a key part of the LHS softball program as an assistant coach — culminating in a state championship victory in 2022.

Most recently, Caitlin led the Oskaloosa Indians as head softball coach in Oskaloosa, Iowa, for two seasons, gaining valuable experience and continuing to build her legacy of leadership in athletics.

Now, she’s returning home to Lexington with her husband Dale, bonus son Jax, and daughter Halen. We’re proud to have her back in Tiger Nation and look forward to the impact she’ll make once again at LHS!
