Mrs. Terri Dewald’s U.S. Government classes have been diving into the world of elections by holding their own classroom campaigns modeled after real-life voting. Each student researched the qualifications needed to run for office and then stepped into the role of a candidate. To bring their campaigns to life, students designed creative political posters showcasing their platforms and ideas. The project not only helped students better understand the election process but also gave them hands-on experience in campaigning, public service, and civic engagement.
