The halls of Lexington High School were full of energy and excitement last night as we welcomed 8th graders and their families for Tiger Time—an evening designed to give our future Tigers a first look at all that awaits them in high school.
With what was likely one of the largest crowds we’ve ever had, the building was buzzing from start to finish. Families filled the hallways exploring the many opportunities available to students at Lexington High. From athletics and clubs to Career and Technical Education programs, there was something around every corner.
One of the highlights of the night was the enthusiasm from our current students and teachers, who proudly shared what makes Lexington High so special. Their excitement was contagious as they welcomed the next group of Tigers and helped them get a preview of the experiences, opportunities, and traditions that make LHS such a great place to learn and grow.
It was a fantastic night celebrating the future of Tiger Nation, and we can’t wait to see these 8th graders walking the halls as Lexington Tigers before long. 🐾
