Help us in welcoming one of our newest faculty members for the 2023-2024 school year!!!
“My name is Kristi Ostrom and I will be teaching 6-7 grade mathematics this year. I have been in the teaching field for 6 years. I was previously a teacher for Lexington Christian Academy, where I taught high school math. I am married with three kids and two grandkids. I love spending quality time with them. In my spare time I enjoy camping, being involved with church activities, and watching my daughter play soccer. I am extremely excited about teaching at Pin Oak this year!”

It’s Teacher Appreciation Week! We want to thank Ms. Marcy, Ms. Katrina, and Ms. Christi for all they do for our students. “Everyone who remembers his own education remembers teachers, not methods and techniques. The teacher is the heart of the educational system.” 💚

It’s Teacher Appreciation Week! We want to thank our 6th - 8th grade teachers for all they do. “Great teachers empathize with kids, respect them, and believe that each one has something special that can be built upon.” 💙

It’s Nurse Appreciation Week! We want to say thank you to Nurse LeeAnn! “Putting on bandaids, stopping a bloody nose, holding on to ice packs, giving out change of clothes, tirelessly healing all day long-just to make sure that nothing goes wrong. Our children are safer because of you. Thank you for all that you do!”💛

Happy School Nurse Appreciation Day to each of our school nurses in the Henderson County Schools. We appreciate how each of you takes such great care of our students' health every day!
