Dr. Stephanie Coffman, a proud 1994 Scotts Hill High School graduate, has an extensive academic background that includes a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Doctorate in Instructional Leadership from Freed Hardeman University. With 25 years in education, her career features 11 years as a classroom teacher at Bargerton Elementary, two years as an Assistant Principal at Westover Elementary, and 12 years as a Principal in Henderson County across multiple schools. Before starting her educational journey, Dr. Coffman gained valuable life experience as a car-hop at Sonic and a server at Pizza Inn. She lives by the philosophy, "There is no failure except in no longer trying," and possesses a unique talent for finding four-leaf clovers, having discovered hundreds over the years.
