Henderson County Schools will be closed on Thursday, February 5 due to current road conditions.
On Friday, February 6, faculty and staff will participate in staff development activities, only if they are able to safely travel to their school (with virtual options if not able to safely travel). There will be no students in attendance on Friday, February 6.
Schools will reopen on Monday, February 9, and we will return to a full week (Monday - Friday) of school for students beginning that day.
Please note: this is a modification to the district academic calendar. The original calendar listed staff development and parent-teacher conferences on Thursday, February 12 and Friday, February 13. Those dates will now be regular instructional days for students.
