
Save Time at Back-to-School Nights: Complete Your Required Online Forms Now
To help make your Back-to-School Night quicker and more efficient, we encourage all parents and guardians to complete the required annual online forms prior to the start of school.
This is required for all returning Henderson County School students. Even if your address, phone number, or email has not changed, EACH OF THESE ITEMS must still be completed each year to ensure accurate information and effective communication throughout the school year.
Please note: Students will not be able to receive their school-issued Chromebooks until all required forms have been completed and submitted. This is because the Acceptable Use Policy and Chromebook Agreement are included in the online documents.
The following items must be reviewed and updated through the Parent VUE (not Rooms):
✅ Verify your current address, phone number, and email address.
✅ Select YES for Text Communication to receive important messaging.
✅ TN Parent Occupational Survey – Sign and Date as 08/01/2025.
✅ Relationships Section – Check all boxes that apply.
✅ Health Forms:
Medical History – Sign and Date as 08/01/2025.
Immunization Record Release – Sign and Date as 08/01/2025.
Families’ Rights and Responsibilities Act – Sign and Date as 08/01/2025.
OTC Medication – Sign and Date as 08/01/2025.
✅ Information Release & Technology Forms:
COPPA – Provide YES/NO consent to use approved school applications.
Acceptable Use Policy – Sign and Date as 08/01/2025.
Media Consent Form – Sign and Date as 08/01/2025.
Chromebook Agreement – Sign and Date as 08/01/2025.
Attendance Information – Sign and Date as 08/01/2025.
Parent VUE can be located on the Henderson County Schools App or on the top right of the Henderson County Schools’ webpage.

Natalie Sorensen brings 12 years of teaching experience, including many successful years in ELA instruction. She holds an Education Specialist degree from Arkansas State in Leadership and has served on various leadership teams and committees throughout her career. Known for her love of data and strong belief in inclusive education, she is passionate about supporting student growth and success in all students.
Outside of school, Mrs. Sorensen enjoys life with her husband John and their blended family. Her son Tyler will be a senior at UT Martin in the fall and her son Nico, a recent graduate of Madison Academic, will join him in the fall as well. Her stepson Jaden will be a senior at Madison, and her youngest, Miles, is headed into 6th grade. She is honored to join the Bargerton community and looks forward to helping continue its tradition of excellence.
